Terms of purchase
Ekelunds.com offer products to both individuals and companies in Sweden with personal identity number/corporate identity number. To be able to make a purchase, you have to be over 18 years old and hold a valid identification. If you are under 18 years old you need your legal guardians consent for your purchase. The card grantor is responsible for for card transactions where the customers is under age. Customary guaranties are applied to eligible products and hold validity only in Sweden and first hand buyers. More information can be found on the label of each product.
Order
Order is placed on our website www.ekelunds.com. If you have questions about how to order, you are welcome to call customer service on +46 (0)320 - 20 90 00 or email info@ekelunds.se. Placed order means that you agree to our terms of purchase and agree that the name and personal identity number or corporate identity number are registered in our customer register. A purchase agreement is only made when we confirm the order by sending an order confirmation to the email address you provided. We reserve the right to correct orders if delivery for any reason cannot take place, and if you have placed multiple orders, we reserve the right to merge your orders and deliver them in one package.
Prices and images
All prices are quoted in Swedish kronor including VAT. Any shipping cost will be added, cost will depend on the shipping option you choose when ordering.
The product images on the website do not guarantee that the exact appearance and nature of the product are reproduced. We reserve the right to change product information and prices without notice.

Textiles with shrinkage
When buying Ekelund's products that come with shrinkage, yours will be larger on delivery than after washing. Even after the first wash, our textiles are shrinking. The specified size of the product label is the size that your item will hold at washing recommendations. Should the item be smaller, you should contact our customer service for a possible return.
